Two of the biggest tastemakers on the college DC music scene, Jae Murphy & Chase B put together a rather interesting Cipher a couple weeks ago to feature new talent for the D.C. College music scene on the campus of Howard University. Seeing that Billy BANG attended HU, they invited me out to close out this cipher right!
